GBThe guidelines on car-parking made no sense if you entered Elmira Way from the Quays/Trafford Road/next to Tesco Express. Guidelines on opening the front door failed to say that you needed to press the 'Code" button before entering the four digits and that also you had to press the Enter button
GBThe apartment is in a great location for visiting Manchester or an event at Old Trafford. Jay the host was extremely helpful in arranging access which is through a range of door and gate codes making the place feel very private and secure.

GBI instructions about keys collection and keys were very clear and easy to follow.
It would be good to add to the instructions the location of the main access door to the building. The state that the estate the apartment is in is a bit of an untidy mess. Waste bin area strewn with rubbish and dumped mattresses all around the estate. Just looks and feels uncared for.
GBWe arrived at the gated complex. Unfortunately the number we were given was incorrect. After hanging around for a while someone turned up to come in and told us the correct number. He also told us what the pedestrian gates number was. That was also different to the number we were given. Bedside light .there was no plug to plug it in. The main door was broken so luckily we didn’t find out if the number was different. As we only slept there it was ok. The tv only worked with you tube.

No contact with host for picking up keys instructions. Had to call booking.com for instructions. Dirty bowl is sink. Bin full of rubbish. Broken blinds. Had to figure out how to check out ourselves.

Bathroom flooded from the en-suite in the main bedroom ! En-suite floor unstable , clearly been leaking for some time ..
