IEGBLocation was great for my needs. Keys was easy to collect and drop off. The apartment was very clean & the balcony was great. Free secure car parking was a great thing but in the end I used the train but if I had drove there, which was the plan of the start of my booking it would of took the worry about safe parking.
I only had one very little issue, which I'm sure the owner would of fixed if I was staying there longer was that one of the bathrooms where the shower is over the bath the plug was stuck down and after having a shower I couldn't get rid of the water but this would in no way put me off from staying there again & after this is a very well looked after apartment I'm sure they would of got this very small but easy to fix problem sorted.

No Internet, router didn't connect. No grill tray, so had to fry food, only 3 towels provided between 4 people Smell of damp on arrival, had to open windows and balcony door and run bathroom extractors for couple of hours to remove.
GBThe apartment felt very safe, locked carpark and codes to get into the building. There was also an ensuite which I hadn't realised.
The hot water only lasted 20 minutes. For 3 people this didn't allow for full showers. One had to fill bath via the kettle to wash her hair. The plug then got stuck and we were unable to empty it. The flat is clearly left unoccupied for long periods of time, was a slight 'stagnant' smell in the place and the tap water was undrinkable!

ZMThe room does look as advertised, they communicate effectively, it was really spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this place😊
1 bathroom door was broken, the other bathroom light stopped working, the wifi did not work, they don't stock tea and coffee like many other places iv stayed. The place just needed a bit of maintenance but was otherwise lovely.
