1. No toilet paper given 2. The host claimed that we broke the vacuum when we didn't even know the existence of the vacuum in the first place. We suspected it was broken by their cleaners but after explaining, the host just kept quiet, no apology nothing.

The location is convenient.

Very not welcoming, doesn’t received early prior message check in information from host, late delivery for the homestay key waited for an hour and late reply text from the host.

the location was great, nice unit suits my family with 3 primary school kids. waliking distance to the famous 'pasar filipin', gaya street and 'pasar malam'. easy access to food and marts.

nothing about the unit or host, just the lift service is too slow and sometimes the queue is long.
