Superb location. Next to Gaya Central Market, near to Gaya street,.near to many shopping centers too. Walking distance to Jesselton Jetty too.

Basically everything is good.

It's cheaper than other apartments..also there are 2 double beds and it's very comfortable to use for family with 2 kids.. television with WiFi so you can watching YouTube inside room..mini fridge, multi cooker, electric jug also provided..

I really don't like the elevator service near this apartment..had to wait almost half an hour when there were many people to get on the elevator.because only 4 elevators were provided.while there are more than 23 floors in this apartment.check-in starts at 3pm but we can only enter at 3.30pm because the cleaning work was late.luckily the host allowed us to check out at 12pm during check out time..
