Alt Life Luxe - Upper Bhagsu Mcleodganj

Looks like hotel has some renovations. Good view except our room 😅.

It seems like this hotel is the one of those who changed the names at booking to avoid previous negative ratings. Because the name on a building is absolutely different. We were at December and in the night electricity all the time shouted down, each 5-10 mins. It’s very annoying, especially when all devices make a lot of noise after turning on at the night. Restaurant has no heating, it’s hard to have dinner there. For the warm water in the shower you will need to call on reception each time. And that water provided just for 15 mins maximum. Also very cold at the shower

The property has one of the best views of Mcleodganj. The sunset view from the restaurant is absolutely mesmerizing. The staff are very prompt, eager to help and friendly. Loved the service and quick response to all our requests.

Although the property is well built, has employed some great people. Amenities weren’t up to our expectations. We had one incident of foul smell emitted from the washroom and couple of times that the flush had stopped working. About a week prior to our stay, we had started receiving calls from the proprietor asking for a full payment in our booking. Although our booking did not require any payment. The issue was raised with booking.com and resolved.

Service, staff ,live singer ,hospitality ,jacuzzi ,location ,food, view everything was 10/10

Amazing place with outstanding hospitality and view of mighty dhauladhar range. The place is newly built with superb interior and cuisine, the staff took extra steps to make our stay very comfortable and cosy. The best place is the roof top glass cafe through which had wonderful experience of which star-gazing. The rooms are neat n well maintained with ultra luxury amenities. Wish to come back soon.

We had a great experience at Alt Life Lux, everyone was super friendly, the view is amazing and the food was delicious. We will come back
