Ragusa exclusive flat with terrace & BBQ

We had a lovely stay at Davide’s flat in Ragusa. It was fully equipped with everything you need and it was in a great location. We loved the terrace and the espresso machine!

Clean and spacious

A really narrow road for parking.

The house is really nice, divided in various floors and connected by stairs. It is really easy to recognise that this apartment has its own story: it reminds of old days and past times, although it is easy to notice its modern feminine touch . I enjoyed the terrace with the nice weather. Parking was easy in the crazy tight streets of Ragusa

The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was a narrow, but tall one with three floors. All the surrounding buildings had the same structure. Great kitchen, bedroom and pathroom. Nice terrace. Plenty of blankets and pillows. The neighbourhood is really special and there is a great pizzeria nearby.

Really cold in winter. Air temperature is okay with using the air conditioner, but the floor is stone cold. It would help a lot if the apartment had slippers of different sizes.

The location is a single three floor town house. It is located in an old part of town close to everything. It is comfortable for two persons. The owner was helpful and prompt in responding and communicating.

The house was cold. The heaters were not able to keep the place warm(it was winter. If you have a car, which is the only way to view the area you will have to be able to imitate the locals. Really difficult to navigate narrow streets littered with cars, you will be alright. Really scary to drive here. This part of Ragusa is not the interesting part. Ragusa Iblea is the price.

Spacious bedroom. Clean property and had everything we needed.

Living room was filled with recycling boxes so not comfortable at all. Passive aggressive messages about recycling as if they are the only people who know how to recycle. We were only staying one night so no reason to stress us whilst we're on holiday about how they'd get into trouble if we can't recycle. Part of being a host is dealing with this.
