Ragusa exclusive flat with terrace & BBQ

A unique and quaint three-level apartment with the bathroom and terrace on the top floor, bedroom in the middle and kitchen/lounge downstairs. The terrace is wonderful and the provision of a drying rack made it possible to do our laundry. An interesting experience! The location is excellent for Ragusa Superiore.

The streets around it are very narrow for a hire car.

Great space… on multiple levels-

The unknown in getting a parking space near the guesthouse. I lucked out and one became open

Seems more authentic still then Ragusa Ibla. You can still see people living there. Apartment has a nice style and had all was needed. Contact with owner was good a well.

Only bigger downside was bathroom with visible black mold and shower door which needs replacement of bottom seal. Was really easy to get all flow wet. Also a bit strange flushing of toilet but didn't bother us much.

The design was made with love, it was quite spacious, there was all the equipment that was needed and even more, like games, books and spices. The communication was great!

Everything was really comfortable and clean; it has a lovely cute decoration and it’s genuinely à beautiful place to stay. The host was very lively and flexible with our timings and was very kind to let us contact him if anything was needed. We would 100% come back, it’s such a lovely house / apartment.

The breakfast was pre packed and not freshly made, which is absolutely fine but would be nice to have it mentioned on the description. To bear in mind for anyone driving, the streets can be quite narrow, in case it’s something you’re not used to.

This was a charming property in a good location. The hosts have gone out of their way to think of and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. The flat was on 3 levels and had a lovely roof top terrace. Unfortunately, it rained while we were there so we were unable to use it. We found parking nearby as we were too nervous to park on the narrow street in front.

Beautiful house with a magnificent terrace

It's a super cute apartment on three stores. Very clean, super equipped and very cozy. Davide, the owner, is very sweet.

Just a suggestion: I would communicate that there are quite many stairs within the apartment, just for people who might be physically impaired.

The location is good, but you have to work some minutes to the center but Ragusa such a place. The apartmant is well equipment especially the kitchen. The host, Davide is informative and helpful, recommended. There are some snack and drink for breakfast but we dont ate/drunk them. If you have a small car you can park in fornt of the aprartman (the road is sloping). I would say this apartmant is good for summer or late spring time.

The electrical system was working strangely, the AC and the washing machine could not work at the same time. There is an extra cost when you want to use the washing machine.

Very cozy apartment with a nice terrace on the roof. A bottle of milk for the morning coffee!
