Pinecrest Townhomes-1K-2Q Unit-Renovated

Check-In was NOT easy! We had issues receiving the code for the door. They were unable to send me the secure link to my email or my cell phone. Luckily I got it through my son's email. This process took over an hour. That was the only problem I experienced. The location was wonderful. Dollywood is so close you could hear the coasters at some points. Just minutes from everything you could possibly want to do. The space of the unit was great. Beds were very comfortable. Some of the unit was updated but several things could use some extra attention. Simple things: paint, door knobs, shower heads, etc.... Water pressure could be a little stronger! I would totally stay here again. Me and the gran kiddos had a fabulous 3 night stay!

The townhouse was clean and nice but the parking was awful we never got to park in our own spot someone else was always parking there it was ridiculous

It was nice. Convenient location. Beautiful upgraded fixtures, but only complaint is mattresses were fairly hard and uncomfortable.

The location was great! An older place but newly remodeled. Very clean and comfortable beds. Even the sofa pull out had a great mattress. We had to work at the front door to make sure it was locked when we left each time but that was the only trouble other than there not being sheets for the sofa bed the first night but we improvised and they brought us some the next morning. We will definitely remember this place and rent again when needed.

The property was quite and very clean

The apartment is no new, but it has many upgrades, and you can enjoy yourself with your family or friends for a couple days. Location is just great, you can access many thing without driving to far.

We really had a great time. However, it needs better cookware and kitchen utensils.
