We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great- right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are the woods so it seems like you aren’t in the hustle and bustle, but everything you need is right over the hill.

I didn't see any staff or workers around while during my stay since it was all contactless but there were numbers that could be called in case something was needed. Always a great place to stay, just far enough for it to be quiet and relaxing but not too far of a drive to all Pigeon Forge attractions.

From the time I booked until the time I checked out everything went smoothly. All instructions were clear and easy to understand. When we walked in the door it immediately felt like home! The kids ran up the stairs to pick out their room and were so excited to have their own bathroom. We all absolutely loved all the space in this unit! The balcony was perfect for late night chats after the kids went to sleep and quiet morning coffee. Everything was so close to us but we felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, it was great! We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Recently renovated but 1. Master Toilet was not installed properly and rocks down when you sit. 2. Downstairs exhaust fan for bathroom sounds like 3 cans spinning around. 3. Kids said water under sink when they went to get extra toilet paper, though that was after we left so could not confirm. Saying that. Great location in older town home with new kitchen, bathroom and flooring, Beds excellent after hikes in National Park and Dollywood. So appreciative of our assigned parking spot. Big table for when we ate in place or played games at night.

The stay was amazing! This was the 1st family trip we’ve taken with this many kids and we had so much fun! And space! Everything was clean, the floors could’ve been better but I can look past that.

Arriving at the property, we were not able to use our parking spot because it was already in use. Getting into the unit was extremely difficult. The lock had to be turned a certain way and that was not included in our instructions. It was pure luck that we could get in. Each night the lock didn’t feel secure as we went upstairs to sleep. The unit was extremely clean and well decorated. It’s an older unit because the floors made a lot of noises while walking. The couches were not comfortable at all but the beds were. The bathrooms were nice. We didn’t visit the pool or fire pits but seen the fire pit and it looked very nice! We never could figure out how to use the tv to watch local channels for local weather. The instruction book did not include tv instructions. There were lots of instructions on the unit but the checkout list was a bit much for checking out asking us to start a load of linens in the washing machine. We did do this but felt we paid enough that it should have been included. We won’t stay again for the reasons above.

Overall a great place to stay. The sliding door didn't lock. I placed the table in front of it.

Everything was very nice overall. I wish there would have been a more updated coffee pot but other than that we were extremely satisfied. We will definitely stay again.
