Beautiful 3 bed cottage in Lymington. Perfectly located for Coast and New Forest

The house is beautiful and everything thing is taken Care of , the host are super friendly and the welcome box is lovely , milk and Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge too

Such a great place to stay. We knew it would be good when we booked because it already scored so highly, so it only remains for us to confirm that it was truly excellent. The house was perfectly laid out for our family visit. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautifully furnished. Our host Steve was super helpful with tips for dog walking and showed us how everything works. The location was only a short walk into Lymington Town centre, which is a beautiful place to visit and eat. We loved our stay and will definitely be back 😊

Our stay at Little Home Farm exceeded our expectations - the cottage is even more beautiful than it looked in the pictures! We stayed there as a group of four with one dog, and found the cottage very spacious and comfortable. We loved that there were three good sized bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom so we all had our own space. The bedrooms all felt very luxurious, the beds were amazingly comfortable, fluffy pillos and blankets, and the bathrooms beautifully finished! The lounge was very comfortable too, and a great space to wind down after busy days exploring the New Forest. We spent most of our time in the beautiful kitchen and diner - it offered everything you could need for a stay away from home. I also really appreciated that the garden was extra secure for our dog - 6ft fence, no gaps, the gate could be padlocked - so we knew he could potter around without worrying about him escaping. The garden is perfect for both humans and four legged friends - the seating area was lovely, and the hot tub was very large. Communication with Steven and Tiff was great, they provided a lot of information about the cottage itself and many tips about getting the most out of the surrounding area. We can't wait to be back!

Perfect location and great options for walking into Lymington. Excellent facilities - everything that you could need was provided and the hot tub (with extra towels) was a fabulous bonus! The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and the welcome hamper as a lovely touch.

The wet weather meant that we were not able to explore a lot of the local walks due to flooding but the property is on the edge of Lymington which is a lovely seaside town with a marina. The property is beautifully furnished and very tasteful decor Extremely comfortable beds and everything had been thought of and provided for our comfort. Steve our host was very friendly and sorted out a few small issues that we had very quickly and efficiently Would thoroughly recommend as a place to stay in order to explore the New Forest and coast

Everything was as we wanted

High standard of finish in the property. Separate bathrooms. Host friendly and stepped in very quickly when the hob broke whilst cooking, lending us their kitchen on a Sunday evening.
