Cute 3 Bedroom House Near Etihad Stadium and CoOp arena with parking

Location was perfect for what we needed.

Very central, great location for Etihad stadium and Coop live! 3 bedrooms which is great for a group. Kitchen equipped with everything you’d need. Attentive host.

Only very slight criticism would be an improved couch/ seating for living room. The sofa bed is a bit small and uncomfortable when using it as a couch.

Very warming and lovely

Lovely house very clean with little touches such as tea and coffee. Great commenunication Great Location Would highly recommend

Locality to Co-op live arena. Parking to rear.

The area this property is situated is scruffy, overgrown and untidy, and this included the property garden. The property was clean, doesn’t look as nice in reality as the photos, it feels a bit cheap. Despite it being 26 degrees the day we were there we arrived to a boiling hot house with the central heating on full blast. The property was so warm it was oppressive, the rear window to the bedroom didn’t open, and you couldn’t sleep in the front bedrooms with the windows open as it’s right next to a railway line, with trains thundering past till 2 in the morning, and groups of undesirable locals making noise outside till 3am (on a weekday). Gave up trying to sleep upstairs and ended up sleeping on the uncomfortable sofa bed in the lounge. The beds are hard and the pillows are cheap and lumpy. We also cooked a lunch before we left for the concert and found some of the utensils in the cupboard were greasy, (the chopping board was disgusting and had to be washed) the tea towel looked like it hadn’t been washed for a month and there were chipped mugs in the cupboard. Frankly for the same money we could have gotten a lovely hotel in the centre of town. If you don’t mind staying in a dodgy area, that’s near to the co-op live and don’t mind not having more than an hours sleep then this property is for you. On a positive note the communication with the hostess was good and they allowed us to check in early, and then property in general was clean (apart from the kitchen stuff)

Great house and location. Was really warm with the the central heating but also easy to control the temperature. Good selection of crockery and pans in the kitchen. Incredibly comfy mattresses!. Nice to have an allocated parking space

Very minor but would be nice to have a few more utensils in the kitchen. Also floor was a little bit creaky upstairs.

We lived the beds. The mattresses were great super comfortable.

The living room is more like a waiting room. You have an noice curfew which we abided by but the neighbours had a karaoke event at 3 in the morning which wasn’t so great. Obviously not your fault.
