2 Bed Property Close to Heathrow Airport

Nice location and a very nice apartment Exactly as was in the pictures. Replaced a few things when asked immediately This was really good.

Usually all the apartments have a cleaning weekly or in 10days. They offered nothing Which is not a nice option. The kitchen had some issues and a lot of stuff was not clean.

It's a beautiful modern apartment. Very secured. Both Maya and Sarah are wonderful hosts. We are a family of 4, and we had a very wonderful time in this place.

Location, spacious, nice light

Many broken components: stained carpets, broken closet doors, peeling woodwork, broken window blinds. Minimally kitted kitchen: no coffee maker, teapot, measuring cups, water pitcher, etc. Pan that wont work on the induction stove, lids that don’t fit pans that are there. Beds are shot: old, lumpy, saggy- very uncomfortable. Numerous communications with owners, but nothing was done.

The location is great for us as we wanted to spend time at kew and in Richmond, not central though takes about an hour to get into the city centre. The space is great.

Checking in is difficult, we had to be let in by the child of the people managing the property. With poor directions to the property. Because of the difficulties and the arrangements made before to call different people I would have expected them to have greeted us. The apartment is tired, there is mould in the bathroom, the floor and surfaces were sticky, the knives were all broken along the cutting edge so couldn't be used. It had leftover food in. There is evidence of wear and tear that is more than you would expect of such a booking, it clearly needs a good clean and a freshen up. There wasn't enough crockery for everyone, only 1 mug, no tea towels, no kitchen towels it was essentially bare making it difficult to do self catering. The bedding was poor, thin pillows and only each, thin duvet and the duvet cover didn't even fit. The towels were old and musty. Nothing about it was comfortable.

Apartment is lovely - but not set up for easy living.

Good location. Close to Ealing & Hounslow. 1hour to downtown. 25m to Heathrow. Everything was good. Bus stop & train station closeby easy to move around. Location is at Heritage Walk Brentford.

Host response could be improved. If you need anything please text few hours ahead. And location on app & booking is slightly different. Little confusing.
