Nie za czysto, dużo kurzu, pościel i poszewki w plamach, odpływ pod prysznicem przytkany, brak papieru toaletowego, ogólnie brudno - a wystarczyło by posprzątać i się przyłożyć. Kaucja wymagana dzień przed przyjazdem 50€ płatne przelewem bankowym - ok, ale przy zwrocie potrącone 8€ za niby sprzątanie.

The location was very good. The facilities functional, which suited my partner and I, as we only really used the flat to sleep and breakfast in (though a cafetiere would have been nice).

It's advertised as having a balcony, which is not true - it has a residents walkway to the flat, which a sign on the door warns you: 'If you make a noise or speak loudly outside the apartment, the police will charge you 50 euros no questions asked, to avoid any inconvenience close all windows facing the courtyard'. The notice certainly took the edge off the holiday vibes. The proprietor was very quick to respond when he wanted a deposit from me - a request that came the eve of the trip - and thereafter was awful. We did not receive the lock box code until an hour before our arrival at the flat, not sure why this information had to be kept from us until so late. Following the trip, the deposit was not returned in full, and only after 10 days of messaging. Initially the proprietor deducted a cleaning fee AND city tax from it - in spite us leaving 24 euros cash, as requested, in the property upon departing. He has since (following MORE messages) returned the city tax but deducted money for cleaning (roughly 10 euros). We cleaned the flat (which wasn't spotless on out arrival) - which we used solely to sleep and breakfast in, so other than bed linen and towels, there was no work to do. On top of this, the proprietor stated in the message he sent a day before our trip. 

‘A security deposit of 50 € is also required and will be returned at departure, provided that everything is in order.’ Everything was in order, so I would take it as a given that you will not get your full deposit back, and to keep and eye on just how much is returned. The photos show the flat as we left it, and for which we lost part of our deposit.

Oszustwo i scam. Mężczyzna żąda pieniędzy wysłanych na revolut po czym oddaje tylko część i wymyśla opłaty za czyszczenie itp , które powinny być w cenie ! Da wam klucze do ruiny , która wygląda zupełnie inaczej niż na zdjęciach po czym scamuje na 10 euro. Omijajcie jeśli możecie !

Anything

The property owner has unlawfully withheld part of the security deposit, claiming that this amount is for a supposed ‘cleaning fee.’ This ‘cleaning fee’ is never mentioned in the apartment’s Booking profile, nor was it ever disclosed in the Booking chat or in the WhatsApp conversation. Furthermore, the owner has no intention of returning this amount. This means that the sum is being retained ILLEGALLY and in violation of both European and Slovak law. Beware of this scam.

L'appartamento è pulito e funzionale.La posizione ottima. Buono il rapporto qualità -prezzo. Appartamento ben riscaldato.
