Il proprietario è stato un po' "scontroso" quando non riuscivamo a trovare le chiavi per il check in, che avviene autonomamente. C'era della biancheria sporca nell'armadio, lo specchio della camera da letto era sporco. In cucina c'erano solo 3 tovaglioli. Pochi asciugamani.

Another thing I noticed, inside was the temperature controller mounted on the wall has enclosed in a glass box accessible with a key. Temperature was set at 21.5, fair enough, but the idea of having that in a box gave me the impression that someone likes control. All these things made me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, treated like a potential bad guest. When to recover my deposit I was asked how many towels I used, because the cleaner said several towels have been used. How many towels a person can use in two days (2 by the way)? I felt like the host wanted to hold some money from deposit for that. I was curious in a way how much would’ve cost 😆. I didn’t say anything that the cleaner washed and left the bed sheets on the laundry dry rack in the living room, not a image you want to see and doesn’t look professional. I don’t think I met such an unwelcoming host till now. I can understand the previous experiences might been bad, but you cannot force someone with conditions in a don’t have any other choice situation. It’s fair to express them when booking, before any payment is taken, in the property description.

Prístup po schodoch, absencia TV a prístup majiteľa a to z dôvodu že pred vytvorením rezervácie nebolo uvedené že treba zaplatiť zálohu za ubytovanie v prípade škôd a bola som s tým oboznámená až po úhrade rezervácie v súkromnej správe a platba prebiehala na súkromný účet čo mi príde zavádzajúce z jeho strany
