Stylish 1 bedroom flat with free parking

Easy to get into and place was exactly as described and had everything you needed. Host was always available to answer questions

Not a great deal unfortunately when I arrived, the apartment was unclean I had to clean it myself. There were gone off food still left in the fridge And needles with a liquid in them major hazard for my 5 year old child I travelled with. There was no explanation or even communication back from the landlords after messaging several times in regards to this I have stayed here previously, not had any problems I think the owner was away on holiday so the communication was nil when bringing these issues. Also check with parking as this was never explained to me where to park so I received a ticket that I will need to pay on top of the money I paid for this apartment that was very bad value for money. I stayed for three nights all nights were very noisy but especially on the Saturday morning at 7:30 they started maintenance work just below and it was so loud I was woke up very aggressively. The whole trip was just a disaster. I would not stay here again.

Un clean, Dirty fridge with gone off food. Scruffy have the blinds hanging off the windows and needles in the fridge..

Good location as purpose of visit was a wedding in Botleys mansion, close enough to shops and easy to get Ubers. On site parking was good and host was very easy to contact and helpful.

Mostly the same as previous negative reviews so it’s a shame to see they haven’t been taken on board yet. - All furniture is extremely uncomfortable, take your own pillows - Issues with lockbox on arrival and departure (host was helpful when contacted) - Blinds in living room do not work so you cannot pull them up - No tea towels in kitchen - Bathroom towels are extremely small - Little to no shower gel / soap etc in bathroom - WiFi did not work at all, tv kept freezing Cleanliness is the biggest issue in this apartment. I walked bare foot from the bathroom to the living room and my feet were black with dirt. There was hair and dust in drawers and crumbs on the sofa. Numerous reviews have said this, it needs to be taken on board as it’s letting the apartment down hugely. This was a budget stay with an expensive price point.

The furniture was basic and barely comfortable , although the bed was comfortable. They supplied very basic kitchen items and I had to request a mid-stay clean which they thankfully accommodated.
