Stylish 1 bedroom flat with free parking

Very Helpful and welcoming staff the rooms are spacious well maintained,clean and really comfortable the flat is very close to the town centre and train station It's a 10/10 👍

A shame bathroom towel rail did not work so bathroom was chilly

The location of the property is spot on for central Woking.

On the day of arrival I was asked to provide ID for security purposes - never in the UK have I ever been asked to do this in any hotel! I had to chase owners to get the key lock number which was finally messaged after I arrived at the property. The parking is not noted anywhere prior to arrival and the surrounding streets are resident permit only - very confusing. The bed slats kept popping out - furniture of the flat is cheap (possibly Dunelm or similar). The neighbour woke me at 5am every day hoiking (spitting) and coughing for over an hour. The front door key broke in the lock and looking at reviews this is not an isolated incident. My stay was so bad that I changed my plans and left a day early and will not refund the day I never stayed. The owners wont reply to my request of a VAT invoice.
