Not luxurious but decent flat. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Matress in the bedroom is too soft and the code for getting in was only given 20 minutes before possible arrival time, that could be better arranged. Overall good stay, positive

Well appointed and located flat. Quiet and peaceful location but only 10 minutes (or 15 along the canalside) I to town centre. Ideal for a stay in Woking. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Received a fast response from hosts over a minor key issue. It was pretty much exactly what I needed after a long day of travelling and felt homely enough to relax immediately on arrival. 11am check out time meant I could leave under my own steam and keylock meant I didn't have to arrange meeting with hosts beforehand, so could arrive whenever I chose. Good comms from host.

Prefer a ground floor property as disabled, but I coped - not the hosts fault! Too small towels.

Location was good Hosts were very helpful by message and very prompt to reply. Very helpful video and how the sofa bed worked should we have struggled.

A waterproof sheet was provided for the double sofa bed but it was only a single sheet and a duvet no other sheet was provided. A lot of street noise until after midnight although I appreciate this is not a fault of the host. The shower drainage was awful and you needed to switch the shower off mid shower to allow the water to drain. More attention to detail is needed with the cleaning , inside of drawers and cupboards were dusty. The pictures on the website when we booked were not if the apartment we stayed in, so slightly misleading. Would be nice for a lamp in the kitchen/lounge so we didn't have to have the main lights on.
