GBGBThe caravan location is really convenient for the main facilities. It has a secure balcony decking area which is great for kids. It is spacious and homely with a good layout of the main living/dining/kitchen area with plenty of seating which was really comfy! Its great value for money for a short break.
Although it is clearly listed that no toiletries are provided I feel leaving at least 1 toilet roll and some hand soap costs the owner nothing but would add so much to those arriving after a long journey desperate for the loo! There was a fault with the boiler meaning no hot water for some of the stay however this was rectified fairly quickly by someone on the Haven site. The boiler beeped a warning CF5 on and off the whole trip day and night which was annoying and couldn't be fixed during our stay. Although unapologetic for this, the owner was responsive when notified about it and replied promptly about all queries during our stay so I am sure this will be rectified before anyone else stays in the caravan.
GBWe had an amazing stay for my Grandad’s 80th! Beds very comfy, bathroom and shower room clean and just what is needed. Lots of facilities in the living and kitchen area, even an air fryer which we was so pleasantly surprised by. Thank you very much! Such a lovely homely caravan, perfect location, lovely site. So close to some beautiful beaches and locations you need to visit flamborough lighthouse cliffs if visiting the wildlife is unreal! The host Katie is so lovely and informative, we had a minor issue with the boiler and I contacted her late at night not expecting a response till the morning and she responded straight away and helped me sort the problem straight away! Thank you for making our stay so memorable x
This could have been slightly cleaner, we found hairs that seemed to be animal hairs in the kitchen and living area, which was a little worrying as I have allergies to animals.
GBIt's in a great position, just a short walk to the shop, chipshop , swimming pool and entertainment bar . Had a lovely time

The first door wouldn’t open , The cooker was old very tempremental and the shower step into it was very high
GBThe site is really well equipped for all ages. Lots of entertainment and fun things. Restaurants are exceptional value for money & the food is quality. Location wise it is great. Our particular caravan was lovely, clean and very comfortable.
The only thing I'd recommend would be to change the locks on the caravan doors as rather difficult to lock/unlock. Other than that a really lovely caravan and a very helpful / pleasant owner.

There wasn't any toilet roll and we didn't have a tea towel or oven glove.
