No WC a água quente era praticamente nula, embora na cozinha sai-a, a escaldar imenso não se percebeu. Onde deveria ter água quente no banho, não tinha. Depois também poderiam fornecer pano de limpeza para a bancada, pois de ser reduzida estava sempre alagada e não existia a possibilidade de limpar como deve ser.

Its position! Very rural with views over an orchard. Easy to get into Obidos and close to supermarkets. We liked the stone building and its rustic charm.

It smelt damp and musty when we opened the doors. The towels felt damp. It was very dark and candles were supplied but no matches. We didn’t have any cloths for wiping surfaces etc and no spare bin liners or any cleaning equipment were provided. All the crockery was ‘odd’ and no teaspoons or can opener. We had to wash up in a pan as there were no plugs in either the sink or wash basin. There was basically a lack of comfort. Two hard back chairs would have been much more comfortable if seat pads had been provided. The bed was comfortable but it was placed away from the stone wall which we understand but you couldn’t sit up on the bed as there was no headboard or cushions. We didn’t meet the hosts and communication at the start was poor. I asked twice via email about check in procedures and didn’t receive a response. However, the host did respond to my text messages.

Cozy little house, close to the village with everything you need available on a 5m car trip. Host was great, house was well cleaned and had a good variety of kitchen utilities, comfortable bed as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to hang out for a week or two.

Enjoyed every bit, a place to put the travelling bag would be my only recommendation.

Very cute little house on a farm, which is simple, but has everything you need. Great views, and lovely owners!

It is outside of the town of Obidos, so if you do not have a car you need to take a taxi or walk, which is quite far.
