"Cleanliness was good but apart from that not happy with rest of facilities."

Property is clean

There was not even 1 ventilation or airflow in room and we were 4 in 1room. When I book it says in facilities- coffee machine, refrigerator and access to balcony but non of them available. When I asked host he/she said not available, they are clearly fooling people. If they can’t provide they not supposed to put online.

"DO NOT RENT FROM ROSE VALLEY. Not modern apartments the points they have are faked."

Nothing good to say!! Just terrible!

IT IS A LIE!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! The pictures are not what you get. The property is poorly kept. The balcony door is broken. Anyone can break into the apartment. The place was very dirty, the under bedding is not washed at all. Worse then a hostel. Just terrible. The company doesn’t respond once you complain and booking.com only gives back 10%. Extremely disappointed!!

Blisko do centrum.

Bardzo utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem/ obsługą. Sprzęt: czajnik zepsuty, kabel rozerwany, kran prawie urwany, na ścianach pajęczyny, bród, lepiące blaty, niedomyte naczynia. Niedomyta toaleta+ brzydki zapach. Problem z parkowaniem. Schowek na klucze zepsuty- problem z dostaniem się do środka. Obsługa nie odbiera telefonu. Ledwo odpisują ale z dużym opóźnieniem. Okna upalcowane, wszędzie bród. Oceniam jako najgorsze miejsce, gdzie kiedykolwiek byliśmy. Tragedia.

Locatie

Het was vies, schimmel in de badkamer, meubilair in slechte conditie, alle lampenkappen waren weg, geen afstandsbediening tv, vriezer gekristalliseerd,muren met vegen, gat in de muur van de slaapkamer. Kortom het voelde vies, slecht onderhouden, en de zwarte schimmel kan echt niet.

"Razočaranje, predvsem nad odnosom gostitelja."

Všeč mi je bila samo lokacija.

Odnos gostitelja je slab. Na dodatna vprašanja nismo dobili odgovora. Ko sem mu sporočila, da nas namesto 9 oseb pride le 6, niso želeli zmanjšati takse, čeprav se turistično takso plača na osebo. Slaba čistoča, ni kot na slikah. Plesen v kopalnici, razpadajoč pult v kuhinji, posteljnina ni bila čista. V rezervaciji ni bilo omenjeno, da si teraso delimo s sosednjo sobo.
