Simple and Relaxing 2-Bedroom Condo Unit

Location is very good. No parking.

It was a cheap bargain and very close to the city. They provided us with extra pillows and blankets

Some lights didn’t turn on, the fridge and the AC took a while to cool. The tiles and flooring needed renovation and at times, the toilets didn’t flush.

Location is good as it is in city central. Breakfasr not included in our booking.

The host should have seen to it that the unit is not smelling of mold. The tiles on the bathroom floor and parts of the living area were squeaky. Also the towels and linens provided were sub par.

Not much

It was not the unit i booked. There is a smell of urine in the rooms, bidet is leaking, sofa is dilapidated and there are things in the wardrobe like used clothing and underwear and dirty shoes presumably belonging to previous tenants. Moreover, I cannot contact the host via phone number provided.

the location is nice and the room whas big , good for family .. but to many wrong inside the apartment .

1. whats realy bad the showers did not work. 2. the smell in one of the bed rooms whas so bad that family slept in the living room . 3. the place whas dusty , not cleaned propperly . 4. kichen stuff whas not complete . 5. blankets for the beds not enough. 6. no towels, and when already checked out i got a message that we stole the towels and they claimed 1.500php . i sent a message on booking , about the towels and they never replied me back but claim me to pay .. people search another apartment , there are much better ones out there...

The Location and the view. Location is very accessible to all and the view from the unit is superb.

WIFI IS NOT WORKING. Can’t access internet for work. Not work friendly. And also the entire unit is not all cleaned. The comfort room upstairs is not that clean.

it was very ideal for a family stay. 😁 we only encountered difficulty with the building location since we are using grab. but we really enjoyed it. ❤️
