Great location, beautiful views of Cebu, nice Condo apartment that accommodated our family of 7 well with the two bathrooms and two showers. The layout was good. Beautiful unit overall.

There is room for improvement on unit appliances. It could use a microwave. It wasn't clean and ready for us to occupy. Some minor repairs was needed. Three ceiling light fixtures was not working. Facet dripping water in upstairs bathroom.
