The location is near the airport and Bombei exhibition center. The staff are friendly and helpful. Room rate is good.

Facilities are clean but a little old.

Nothing stood out as overly good.

Poor bathroom cleanliness. Cockroaches. Room was not sanitised. Television advertised as a flat screen... it was a small computer monitor attached to the wall!! Remote buttons faded, so difficult to operate.

Location was pathetic. In the pictures they show the scenic Powai lake, but it's located in a very narrow street and locality is also not good. Even for the food - breakfast had a very limited and low-quality options and the restaurant too had limited options and that too unrealistically expensive. I would never suggest anyone to opt for it.

Staff is very helpful and professional

It's not the same as it looks in the ad. The entry from the back door due to construction was a bad experience.
