Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Rhinelander

Great bed!!

Great to have a new hotel option in Rhinelander. Other older properties are getting run down. Cobblestone we will visit again when in town.

This hotel was new so everything was lovely

This hotel is new-ish having only been open since Nov 2024. The property is in excellent condition. Our stay was fine for what we needed but as long stay guests of 9 nights we hoped for at the very least new towels every other day. When we checked in we were asked about cleaning and indicated we would like a refresh every other day. We were refreshed with towels once in our room and our linens were never changed. We bagged up our own trash and put it in the bin outside the door to the parking lot. We brought our towels to the front desk for exchange. At over $150 a night we shouldn't have to do this. My spouse and myself both asked for housekeeping and eventually gave up. Our room was never vacuumed. Breakfast was fine with eggs, waffles cereal and sometimes yogurt but once coffee ran out you had to ask for the pots to be filled. Once 9 am hits the staff has their breakfast so it's best to set an alarm and get breakfast when it opens at 7.

Beautiful setting along the river, fabulous staff

New property. Perfect for our business trip. We stayed in a king suite. I will stay here again.
