Friendly service. Super clean rooms

Very clean

I was a little disappointed that I reserved two rooms so obviously it was for me and another person and they put us on different floors. Also was told I could sign up on my prime account for prime TV in the room but an error in the maintenance so could not do that. Nice clean rooms, but disappointed that they couldn’t book 2 rooms on the same floor close to each other.

Cleanliness, quiet, convenient, and so very reasonable for all the amenities. Will be glad to use this chain again

Only one problem in the Clintonville location. Our room was on the bottom floor and the carpet was damp and the room was humid. The AC was too much for the room. But still clean and quiet

Hotel is new and very aesthetically pleasing. Nice amenities include breakfast, fitness room, and pool. The only concern I had was when a dog in the room above us was barking in the morning (probably while its owners went to breakfast). While I realize the hotel is not responsible for this specifically, I hope the hotel has a policy in place that dogs need to be managed / not left alone so other guests can fully enjoy their stay.
