Liiiving in Porto - City View Apartments

Really good location - walkable to everything and not in the heart of the chaos of more touristy areas. Good restaurants nearby. Better sunset views than any of the rooftop bars nearby. Appreciated the elevator and the fact that a grocery store was right next door. The balconies were nice to have. The apartment overall is quite spacious.

The walls need a good cleaning and painting with something better than primer. Lots of scuffs and marks everywhere which gave the appearance of the apartment being dirty. The rug under the dining table isn’t the cleanest - I would only walk on it if I had socks on. And I found the backsplash was dirty as were some of the utensils so I cleaned both myself. As others have said, it really does need another mirror other than the one in the bathroom.

The apartament is really great, beautiful, good view, safe neighborhood :)

The floor lamp had a missing leg and wasn’t working Only 1 side cabinet in bedroom needed 2 and bedside lamps

The location was good,the stuff was helpful with the issues that we had with the access code and power

- Price quality was good. - Separated room for the bed. - It was spacious and with a lot of sun light. - The host was ready to help by message. - The kitchen was nice with a lot of utensils, even a grater. - The dish-washer was amazing - Valentines decoration for a price

- The door does not have an inside lock and it can be open with a code, by every body that knows it (technicians to fix the toilet went there and entered with the code with us inside, after requesting they changed the code again). - No proper kitchen cloth that would be hand full when cooking. - The cleaning wasn’t spotless - There could be more toilet paper - Bed was a bit hard - There was no hand soap on the bathroom
