Troppo complicato il check in,chiedono troppe informazioni con foto e video chiamate prima di rilasciare un codice per avere le chiavi dell'appartamento

It was a nice apartment and location was great

The apartment was really nice a first glance however there were so many little problems. Check in was a nightmare. I didn’t recieve details before so I had to call 3 times. Then I had to do a treasure hunt to find the lock box. If I were not able to use my phone abroad it would have been a nightmare. The bathroom door didn’t close and slowly opened while you were in there. Not ideal when having a shower. Cooker didn’t work. There was a hot plate there which also didn’t work properly. There was mould in the double room and smelled pretty bad because of it. Only one roll of toilet left for 3 days and two people. Like I said it’s a nice apartment but just needs a little bit of TLC

Clean, comfortable, very close to everything. Bang in the middle of everything. Staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Tricky to locate the key but this was sorted with short phone call.

The apartment is in a great location—everything is nearby. The furniture is new and looks nice. The place was clean, and communication with the host was okay.

There’s a bad smell in the apartment—maybe from humidity. Overall, it smells like a pavement. There’s also a lot of noise from the street because the garbage bins are right under the windows. Another annoying thing is that you have to pick up the apartment keys from a kiosk about 6 minutes away. Plus, there were only two rolls of toilet paper.

La ubicación muy buena, pero al ser tan céntrico el barrio era un poco viejo. El apartamento genial.

Tuvimos que ir a la agencia a recoger las llaves en una zona peatonal que evidentemente no llegaban los coches. Con las indicaciones que nos dio llegamos debajo de un puente. Tuvimos que dejar el coche en un parking con todo el equipaje e ir andando buscando la agencia. Creo que lo normal, es que estén en el apartamento para facilitar la llegada a los huéspedes y te expliquen como funcionan las cosas. Llegamos al edificio y tuvimos que subir hasta el segundo piso mirando puerta por puerta cual era, ya que no nos comentó ni piso ni puerta.

Clean and tidy good size as described in the ad

The area was run down and we did not feel safe walking about at night.

Convenient location and accommodation in the old city. The apartment is fully equipped and near great tourist spot. Made this booking for my husband business trip and he enjoyed staying there as it has many food and groceries options just few meter from the apartment. Staff polite and always available to answer questions swiftly

Maybe some free bottles water in the apartment when arriving at least for the first day
