Great location. Comfortable bedrooms and seating area.

Broken glass on kitchen floor, hair on floor in downstairs toilet and food splashes on kitchen tiles. Asked twice to have it cleaned but wasn’t done. There was a used plaster, cigarette end and paper straw left on the roof garden. No cloths, tea towels, oven gloves, ice tray or dustpan and brush. Inadequate toilet paper and requires a new kettle as steam escaping from the handle makes it dangerous.

Perfect location. Really close to everything yet the street was quiet at night and in the morning so we slept well. A supermarket a 2 minute walk away. The beds were very comfortable. Had all the amenities we needed for a few days including shampoo and shower gel but could have used another few dish cloths and a towel in downstairs toilet.

It wasn't an issue for us but there are a lot of stairs as its over 5 floors so anybody with children or mobility issues would struggle. The apartment was cold but there were good heating systems. Also, due to the time of year and adverse weather we didn't get to use the little pool on the roof. It is very little! As is the terrace itself. The self check in is handy but it might have been nice to meet someone in person to give us instructions as they didn't provide any in the apartment.

Fact it was close to all the attractions and in a local neighbourhood. Very clean and decor was well thought out. Liked the fact it was traditional. Fantastic communication and attention from Paula.

Property location was perfect and easy to find. Inside the property feels really spacious and private, the rooftop area was beautiful at sunset. Host left us some snacks and drinks for arrival which was lovely.

We absolutely adored this place! Super charming building finished off with great, homely decor. We were pleasantly surprised at the rooftop, and even in November managed a dip in the small pool and a lazy morning sunbathe. We (two friends on a girl's trip) agreed we would definitely come back again, and would be perfect for four of us next time. Great location, with a gorgeous view over the Seville rooftops. Loved the little touch of drinks in the fridge to make our stay even more lovely. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend 😍

We received first-class service from the moment we arrived at the accommodation until the moment we left. The prime location is a big plus and central. The facilities were great with plenty of space over all floors. Everything you need for a 4 day stay was there. We will be back.

Needed more than 4 days to see and enjoy all Seville had to offer.

Ideal location, great views of the city from the terrace. Easy to get around the city on foot.

Cleanliness could be better, shower room would benefit from an extractor fan being fitted and shower floor could do with work to make it water tight. Extension lead in top bedroom would allow bedside lamp to work by bed.
