This apartment is in a very nice historic neighborhood. It's within easy walking distance of many of the best sites in Seville. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a few things like sugar and cream cups provided. There is A/C on every floor that can be controlled separately. The pool was small but perfect for two people to relax in. There was also a nice little seating area with the pool. There was a washing machine, though a bit small and we had to buy detergent for it ourselves. The living room had a nice, large smart-TV and comfortable seating. With two separate beds, it would be suitable for a small family or two couples.

If you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this location as it is essentially 4 different rooms connected by a flight of stais each. Although there are two separate bedrooms, there aren't any doors to close off the sound between the spaces, so I think it would be best if you were a family or two couples who were very comfortable with each other. We found it best as just a single couple, though we were a little worried about doing things like watching TV while the other person slept. Also, with the beds needing to be up against a wall and with some mildly uncomfortable pillows, we also found it more comfortable to sleep one in each bed rather than together, but this would depend on what you're used to in terms of space when sleeping. Also, there is only one bathroom, which is in the first bedroom, so with more than two people it would probably feel pretty cramped.

Great location, very quiet, good size rooms and the rooftop pool was very welcome as it was so hot!!

All on different levels so a bit annoying having to go up & down the stairs for the bathroom, kitchen etc. Bathroom could do with being modernised.

Great location, beautifully decorated house with a small but lovely pool which is the perfect escape from the hot afternoon sun. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities you would expect, including a smart Tv. The Host was friendly and attentive, when we had a slight issue they were quick to try to resolve it. Would recommend! Can't wait to go back.

very nice townhouse in the city center, clean and ideally situated near the sights

Fantastic place to stay right in the heart of Seville. Very responsive hosts and great to be able to chill on the roof and to cool off in the pool after exploring this beautiful, awesome city.

The location was great, quite close to lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk to many tourist sites/areas. The house itself was lovely, very nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was over 40 degrees on some days so the roof top pool was a godsend. It was large enough for me and my husband to sit in comfortably without being on top of each other. The house is 'stacked' with each room on top of the other - kitchen/WC, living room, bedroom/shower/WC, 2nd bedroom and finally rooftop terrace. Aircon on every level was fantastic. Paula the owner was very friendly on the phone when we spoke to her.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like but if we were being really picky, the washing machine was on the terrace outside so when trying to take the clothes out, it was difficult trying not to drop them onto the dusty floor. We are in our 50s and although we were OK with all the stairs, we would always forget to take something up/down and have to trek up/down the stairs again. Probably not ideal for older or less mobile guests. As I said, these weren't issues really and the house was brilliant. Highly recommended for a trip to a beautiful city :)

The property was so perfect, the beds were super comfortable and the whole place was spotless and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge and freezer, stove top, oven and a dishwasher as well. There is a small bathroom under the stairs and a main bathroom next to the first bedroom with a lovely shower. The small pool on the rooftop was perfect to cool off in also. I think the TV was a smart TV but I didn’t use it because I thought it was a waste of the beautiful weather! The location of the property was great, very close to Las Setas and there are plenty of bars and shops in the area. It is on a tiny quiet street and about 10-15 minutes walking distance to anywhere else in the city centre. (Real Alcazar, Seville cathedral, bull ring to name a few examples) I stayed here with my dad and he really loved the place. He has a foot injury and there are stairs between all the rooms in the house but this was not an issue. He liked comparing it to a lighthouse! Paula met us as soon as we arrived and was super friendly and helpful. She even recommended a lovely place for lunch right around the corner from the property and checked in via message after a few days. I would not hesitate recommending this place to anyone, though I am jealous of anyone else who gets to stay there now as I didn’t want to leave!

Nothing at all, it’s completely perfect

Great central location. The rooftop pool is a fantastic place to relax and tan. Lots of kitchen amenities to cook and entertain. Air conditioning on every floor. Second toilet on the ground floor.

Appartment is pretty much in a central area of Seville. Typical older charming Seville open house where each floor is a room. Responsiveness of host on questions and issues was excellent.

We did not realize that an open house means that we could hear our brother snore from his bedroom one floor up!
