Stylish 2BR Flat - Westcliff Seafront Stay

Location was great. Fridge was clean and empty for the food we brought. Towels and cleaning products were left out for us to use. Good and free WiFi. Toilets were clean.

1 shower didn't work at all. Owners responded once with false information and then didn't respond again. Lounge chair was broken. Owners came back and looked around during our rented time while we were out. Garden was a mess. Scratches on the kitchen top. Oven was rusty and so was the toaster. The hobs had a missing dial. The 2nd shower door didn't close properly unless forced. There was a lot of broken vents which allowed the cold and bugs in. The whole place was freezing at night and the quilts were thin. 3 out of the 5 beds were very solid and uncomfortable. 2 singles that were put together to make a double had different sized mattresses, one being higher than the other. The lounge door didn't fit the frame so it wasn't able to close. The lock on the 2nd bathroom was bent out meaning the door couldn't be closed properly leaving a small gap.

Only a couple of niggles . Double bed squeeked noisly. Heating not easy to turn on and off maybe better instructions .

The location was very good. The apartment was great, and the owners were amazing

That we had a mouse which one of my friends had to leave as she hates mice

The lounge lovely location was ideal host made an effort and provided a tree for presents to be put under.

Garden was unappealing with rubbish all over and overgrown. Master bed was so squeaky it woke us up when we moved. One single bed was broken and unusable. Broken toilet seat. No blind in shower room with full view of everything for the neighbours. Stained towels.. we returned home to collect our own. Soaking wet floors on arrival and sent away on arrival by cleaners. Shower head broken, hair band was used to hold up the head. Not enough cutlery provided for amount of guests checked in Owner knocked at the property to retrieve some personal belongings. Not the experience we were expecting for the money paid.
