Apartamentos Pío XII, Madrid

Аппартаменты понравились! Тихий район,но очень близко от метро,рядом же и супермаркет. До ближайших достопримечательностей 20-30 мин на метро.Рядом от аэропорта Барахас. Если буду планировать еще раз поездку в Мадрид,опять выберу эти апартаменты 👌 Спасибо

The Apartment was wonderful & as I had a summer cold it was great just to chill out & rest. I was glad for the fridge & the microwave & good to have a Balcony too. The shower & bathroom was spacious & I enjoyed my 3 days there very much, I would definitely come again. There are 2 Metro stations nearby & the Pio XII station has an Al Campo supermarket that is fantastic for Spanish ham & cheese & wine! The Pio XII station is also good for getting in to the city easily. I recommend the Prado at evenings when it's free & the 'Real Acadamia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando' is also a great find for Art lovers in the heart of the city... Not far away from the apartment is the Santagloria bakery that does great food & coffee for Breakfast!

The entry system could be easier. I had apartment C5 but when I arrived at the front there was 22A & 22B & 22C... I tried the code at C, before luckily asking a nice lady who was entering the flats & she showed me how & where to get in. I spoke with a few people who had the same problem. I'm not keen on having no one on site & as I had many phone problems on this trip having no one near at hand to speak to was difficult. The flat itself was great but some of the fixtures & fittings were loose or needed upgrading. The TV was useless for watching 'normal' Spanish TV, instructions would have been useful. The flat was brilliant & I'd happily stay again, but some adjustments would make it wonderful!

Éramos 5 personas. El sofá cama no estaba vestido, nos dejaron sólo 4 toallas grandes de ducha. El baño no estaba limpio del todo. Había pelos en la ducha y en el suelo del baño…

The apartment was clean and the space was adequate for us. We were very comfortable. Communicating with the management was easy.

There are no establishments near by where you can buy food, water, etc.

la ubicación era buena, el apartamento era grande y era cómodo.

las instalaciones estaban super sucias, una parte del rodapie estaba muy rota, las sillas de la mesa llenas de suciedad y pelos, el baño olia fatal y las esquinas tenían suciedad, tenia una terraza que tenia muchisima suciedad que parecia que no lo habían limpiado hace años, las puertas correderas que daban a la terraza los marcos eran blancos y parecian negros tenia suciedad acumulada, los cristales estaban sin limpiar, las sabanas bajeras de las camas eran pequeñas se salian todo el rato, el suelo del apartamento tambien estaba sucio, aunque pedi entrar con antelación la limpieza se ve que lo sucio del apartamento es de hace tiempo.
