Check-in process was smooth and easy. Jhing (owner) was really accommodating and helpful. I was grateful that I found their accomodation even at last minute. Also, Lira (caretaker) was also helpful. Thank you for saving me from a nightmare experience. Re: Facility, accessible as walking distance to SM Bicutan, new and well maintained. Pool was clean. Unit was fully equipped.

"Lovely staycation with direct access to SM Mall!"

Host very responsive and the housekeeping as well. When a small issue arose, it was addressed promptly. They also let us borrow a hairdryer although it was not included in the booking (appreciate it!). Location with direct access to the SM mall, very convenient. Everything needed for small cooking and there is a washing machine and drying rack. Room was a good size for our family of 3.

The room was clean but there were a few cockroaches running around that made me uncomfortable. I don't mind 2 or 3 showing up as it's common in this area, but there were a bit much for my taste. Once killed then it was fine. Something I am sure the host can work on to have removed. So not a biggie, because the room was clean and smelled good!

The Host of this place was great and polite. Very well communication and perfect customer services. The place was very nice and clean. By SM mall that's hugh plus. I would book this place again.

It's not Host fault, it's more SMDC or whoever fault but pool situation made me mad about paying on G-CASH instead of paying in "PESO CASH".... As a foreigner person I won't access to that. They really need work on that.

Great location near shopping mall and transport. Nice and cosy unit good bed, excellent WiFi with Netflix.

The unit has everything you need , nothing to dislike.
