aday - Central cozy and bright apartment

The house is very comfortable and I would go back.

Great location, a short walk from practically anything you could want. I loved that it was on a ground floor, since it made it a whole lot easier to travel with a suitcase :)

there's no way to cover the little window leading from the kitchen to the bedroom, which means you're looking right out to a balcony.... and if someone is on that balcony, they have a direct view right into the bedroom. It was also lacking towels, for drying your hands in the bathroom and for cleaning the counters in the kitchen.

The apartment was quite big and nicely decorated. Check in was very easy, and the information provided was very extensive. The location is quite central, about 10 mins away from the train station and the city centre. They provided a few appliances which was quite nice.

Although there was a nice website in which the owners provide information to their guests, it was mostly around all the different ways you'll get fined if you don't follow the rules, a bit excessive in my opinion and maybe the tone could be adjusted :). It was also stated I was not allowed to use more than one towel/linen per person, but the other towels were "stored" directly on the bed, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to touch them and move them or what. Moreover getting a receipt has been very difficult, so the responsiveness and response times can be improved a lot.

Central and had all facilities needed. Staff helped us when there was confusion regarding ordering a cot.

There was a strong smell from cigarette smoking when we first entered the apartment that became better once we aired out the apartment. Found some mold in the shower and there was a smell there everytime we came back to the apartment. Had to put on the bedding ourselves and only had one shower towel each, wish there was a bath mat and a towel for washing hands. Not a fan of all the potential fees if one doesn't follow the instructions.

Someone suddenly entered the apartment at the first night, the guy has a booking under the same owner but he has the instructions for check in to our apartment. He could enter our apartment even though we have locked the door. We feel quite insecure because of that. Besides, eating utensils could also be provided.

Seamless check-in, electronic keys, a lot of parking solutions nearby, everything you need in the apartment, including Smart TV. Very nice equipment, bed, sofa, everything

(1) A little chilly... (2) Strange policy of fines. Hope no neighbors reported that our son was talking loudly a couple of times after 22:00. And hope we have tidied up the apartment just fine not to receive a fine of 500 DKK afterwards. (3) One night of three was ruined by a nearby party, but we were probably unlucky.

Thank you, the room is big enough, clean, cozy. The linens were very clean. There is a kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker. Location - close to all central facilities. Very nice!

The apartment was very cold, it took a long time to warm it up. And very surprised by the complete lack of cutlery when there is a kitchen. Also no corkscrew or wine glasses available. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we had to look for a way to open the wine outside the apartment. The soundproofing is very poor. We could hear all the conversations of the neighbors.
