Loved the look of the flat and the facilities. Note that it is a ground floor flat with a large window which looks straight out on to the street so make sure you are covered up when you leave the bedroom.. Other wise we loved it and would definitely stay again.

The bathroom floor is not heated so quite cold if you are barefoot......but that is just a small niggle. Could be a good idea to draw attention to the cutlery drawer....just a sticker on it perhaps as I had to ring as I couldn't find any cutlery despite checking cupboards and drawers several times.

Great location-got the No.12 bus from the airport to nearby. Door codes all worked perfectly which was something I had been nervous about as it appeared that extra charges would be levied if you needed help with this. Lovely spacious property. Great location to walk around town. Overall a very comfortable, bright , clean apartment. We didn't cook so I can't comment on the kitchen other than it looked fine. Shower was actually perfectly fine with plenty of hot water. I would certainly stay here again as I think it was very good value for the location (subject to my comments below). Aalborg is a very nice place and it was stunning in the snow.

As others have already flagged the building is not very soundproof and indeed you could hear the neighbours even just talking at nornal volume and watching TV. Someone up the road decided to let off what appeared to be fireworks at approx 6am on Sunday morning for about 20 minutes. My travelling companion very sensibly brought ear plugs and heard none of these noises and slept soundly through everything. I would be happy to stay again but I might invest in a pair of cheap earplugs. We are very quiet so we didn't have to worry about neighbors hearing us. I did put on the TV at one stage but as the volume wasn't responding to the remote to turn it down, I decided best not to bother as I felt it would disturb the neighbours. I initially found all the talk of rules, charges and fines to be very off-putting (as set out in the info material) but,in reality, it wasn't an issue-we left it spotless and we were very quiet so we didn't encounter any issues.

Good location, clean and comfortable

There was no coat rack to hang our jackets. There was no doormat, or mat in the bathroom. There were no towels in the kitchen. There was no remote control for the Apple TV

Very homey; loved the atmosphere

It was clean and in a nice location

I had booked for three people and there was no bedding or towels for a third person. The place is very echoey and you can hear next door really clearly and people outside the door all through the night.

Great location, good sized rooms and everything worked as it should. Check in and out was easy and the flat was very bright and clean.

The walls are a bit thin and the kitchen could do with a few items added: chopping board, frying pan, bath mats etc. But otherwise a great place to stay.

It’s spacious and it’s at a nice location. I like the style of it, it’s really cool. It was clean.

There are no utensils and the blinds in the bedroom are white. It’s summer, the sun doesn’t even go fully down, the whole night felt like it was daylight. Just a note: if you have a kitchen in an apartment, people who book might expect to cook… you should have utensils because people don’t travel around with forks and knives.
