Very well decorated and clean. Very helpful and responsive management.

Good location close to station, beach, old town etc. decor nice and bright. Kids adored the loft bedroom.

Felt like it needed a bit of a clean ... just abit dingy in parts. Slightly dampy/smokey smell.also no free WiFi as promised

Fantastic facilities, the furnishings, kitchen and bathroom were all furnished in a modern way and worked well. I really loved the flat screen TV!

The letterbox was broken so that let alot of cold air through the door! I had to have the heating on for a lot of time.

Good location near centre of town, though parking is tricky.

There was no heating/hot water after the gas supply had been cut off after the bill was unpaid. It was difficult to get hold of the owner, who was not able to address the issue. The kitchen didn't contain basic cutlery or crockery for two let alone four people. Trying to get the full amount refund agreed via owner and booking.com has failed after 10 weeks trying.

All in all it was great, location is good, everything you need in the kitchen, clean, comfortable bed... No problem to find the key. Really nice style/decorations!

Even though it is nowadays the same for every rentals, I missed the human contact, no informations about where to place the trash, possible wifi, no tips about the surroundings, I miss that... pity!
