Window in the living room did not open

Sweet little apartment. Had everything we needed.

It was quite a walk from available parking.

It was a lovely laid out apartment, comfortable and easy to get to places as everything is nearby.

I booked this apartment to save money due to buying and cooking food for myself but the cooker broke after the first day and I could not get in touch with customer service due to them not picking up over the weekend after calling them so many times both days. I had to replace the front door key out of my own money due to the old key braking meaning I was stuck in the apartment during the evening on the weekend due to waiting to be able to get it replaced from Morrisons the next day.

Really lovely flat, very clean and well looked after. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, bed is very comfortable, smart TV’s in both bedroom and living room! Bathroom had soap/shampoo/conditioner. Good location - town is only a few minutes walk and there are plenty of food options near by! Easy entry with coded key box. All communication with owner was easy and got fast responses! Thank you!

Lights not working above steps to property/entry area so it was quite dark when returning to the property at night!

The outside of the property was not very inviting steps were full of weeds and paper the front door had no letter box the hallway was full of bits and mail the bathroom door would not close properly due to loose edging strip toilet dripped. no spare bin liners no rules as how to work things nothing to say where to put rubbish etc. upstairs bedroom was not accessible to myself or partner as we are old age pensioners ladder up to it to steep and no hand rail. bedroom light coming away from ceiling. normally when We go to properties there is normally a welcome sheet of rules. not impressed with this at all would not recommend sorry.
