Haworth Heights - Brontë Country Aparthotel

Tiny room, v small sink, door knob on folding door not attached properly- fell off the first time we used it. Very difficult to use folding door as it was so close to the bed. No spare toilet rolls .. only half a toilet roll on holder on arrival. Spare ones left on Wednesday.

Bathroom. Small sofa to sit on. Proper tv aerial fitted .. Samsung tv channels were rubbish.

The owner and his team were absolutely brilliant due to the weather changing my planned stay. A modern, comfortable apartment. Dan also swapped my room for one on a lower floor because of my mobility problem.

Slight leak on one of the windows and a small cleaning issue which i brought to Dan's attention. Also initial problems with wifi which Dan dealt with immediately.

I found it quite cold Some updates to freshen it up are needed

Great location, lovely room, had pretty much everything that you could need, short walk uphill into the town itself and right next to the railway line

Could have done with extra bin bags, kitchen towel and better door handles for the bathroom could have improved it. Plus a blind on the bathroom window. Also plug sockets near the mirror. None of this took away from our lovely stay.

We stayed in the Professor. Spacious split level 2 bed apartment (living room and kitchen on ground floor level, bedrooms on lower ground floor). Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, tv in each bedroom, fully equipped kitchen. Lovely view to the rear of the property of the steam train passing. Fire exit (with steep step) in one of the bedrooms.

The plumbing was dreadful. One en-suite bathroom was out of action before we arrived. You have to be very careful not to put anything other than a small amount of loo roll down all toilets in case of blockage. When running the second en-suite shower for a few seconds, the tray filled up and wouldn’t drain. Later there was water coming up through the floorboards in the bedroom from the pipes. Tried to use the upstairs shower, the sliding door kept falling off, and the shower was spouting from the top of the fixed shower head. Owner was made aware but it all should have been sorted before we arrived, or us given the option to cancel the booking.
