Appartement op een centrale locatie van het centrum. Heerlijk café op de hoek van de straat voor een heerlijk kopje koffie met tortilla. Appartement zag er netjes uit. Met goede zonwering zou ik dit appartement zeker opnieuw boeken.

Geen lift aanwezig en het ligt op de derde etage. Houd daar rekening mee. Ons verblijf, 9 dagen half juni, was iets minder rustig dan gehoopt. Helaas was er naast ons een verbouwing, dus vanaf 08.00 uur veel herrie en stof. Daardoor geen mogelijkheid de was buiten te laten drogen, lastig met kinderen. Geen goede zonwering in de woonkamer, dus het werd snel enorm warm, niet prettig. De ramen en entree deur hebben wij tegenover elkaar open gezet om wat frisse lucht van het trappenhuis binnen te krijgen. Ik zou de eigenaar willen adviseren om goede zonwering aan te schaffen. Het is ook aan te raden om rekening te houden met muggen, dus neem iets van preventie mee. Locatie top, maar wel wat praktische ongemakken tijdens ons verblijf en waar toekomstige gasten rekening mee moeten houden. Foto: uitzicht vanuit de huiskamer

Located right in the city center, close to everything, this apartment provides a lot of space, with two bedrooms and one big living room/kitchen. Old building, but well-renovated. Furniture and equipment was fresh and clean, beds are comfortable. Self check-in was easy, keys are available on site in the lock box. In general - very pleasant impression. Hosts usually answered very fast as well, if we had any questions.

It is a city center, so a lot of bars around, it was not really noisy at night, as windows goes on a back street, but still some noise might come. It is also a 3rd floor without an elevator. Was not important to us, but might be sensitive for others.

A nice apartment in the old town of Santander. Easy check in. Not far from the Mercado del Este where you can find good food. Many sights you can reach by foot.

The house is beautiful and the position is perfect.

Exceptional, centrally located apartment. Very quiet, spotless and extremely comfortable. Excellent customer service from Renata who couldn't have been more helpful. 3 minutes from a large supermarket. It's on the third floor with no elevator but we didn't find that a problem. I highly recommend this modern apartment.
