Modern and clean. I would stay again easily.

The water is 15-20 minute walk. Like most of Asia there are no sidewalks or piss poor sidewalks. Thailand wants tourists but hasn’t figured out making sidewalks safer. They should visit Singapore for how it’s done correctly. Nevertheless. You can get to the water. Beaches are average. Hua Hin has 10 times better beaches and sidewalks.
