No parking because local residents are allowed to park there. I had to park 15 minutes walk away. I told staff and was told oh yes they do that ! Also the TV doesn’t work. The rooms are hot but they give you a fan.

Poor breakfast set up, run out of orange juice, no glasses for other drinks, no marmalade until asked for. Tiny portion of smoked salmon and scrambled egg on a half slice of bread.

Meeting young staff

Too many dogs in premises.Poor room location. Great difficulty with programming TV- next to useless.

Very tired looking, tiny room. Over-priced.

Lovely place, very good for the price. Even had decaf coffee bags and the most powerful shower known to man - I mean what's not to love!

Nearest supermarket is a bit of a trek, but there's a Chinese takeaway next door - or you can eat in the pub of course!

The location was great. Close to the centre of Kenilworth. We went for a walk to see the lake and visited a modern church. Also staff was very friendly and a great breakfast.

There isn't anything.

Rummet var rent och rymligt. Lugnt och tyst. Bra sängar. Vi åt middag på restaurangen, det var gott och inte jättedyrt. Prisvärt hotell på det stora hela. Bra frukost med möjlighet att välja från en frukostmeny.

”Utsikten” från ett fönster var en yttervägg bara 30 cm från vårt fönster, det andra fönstret vätte mot en minimal innergård som inte gick att komma ut på. Liten låg korridor till badrummet (man fick akta huvudet). Vi saknade safetybox, och hade gärna haft ett kylskåp.

Great location and facilities.

It was a small room but that was declined as such to be fair and the price was good.

The location, the staff, the food and the general ambience were great.
