Spacious Comfty 4 BDMs House in Rototuna

A nice clean and comfortable four-bedroom house with good cooking facilities, large dining table and lounge. Good wifi and smart TV. The large garage held an excellent washing machine and drying racks. The clothes dried easily overnight. A good dishwasher too. Parking for two cars off the street, but open to it, was fine. It is a quiet suburban area, relatively recent, with a large supermarket and other shops minutes away by car.

No coffee pot/ plunger. Frying pan was very sticky and difficult to clean. The bins outside were full so disposal of our stuff was tricky.

This property is spacious with a good amount of space for seven adults. The property has good facilities, with a well appointed kitchen/dining area. Bedrooms have good space, beds are comfortable. The property was neat, clean and in good proximity to Hobbiton.

The bedrooms were quite warm at night, there were no fans, or screens on the windows. It didn’t feel comfortable to leave the front bedroom windows open during the night.

Quiet area, clean and comfy.
