Spacious Comfty 4 BDMs House in Rototuna

Location suited us for where we needed to be. Plenty off street parking, booked because their were 3 double beds. Easy check in Clean enough but basic

Not enough lounge seating. Only 1 couch, when there is bedding for 6 adults, should have been more, went to use the spare dining chairs in the front room, but they were wobbly, so decided not too. No outdoor furniture. A little 'less' than others we have stayed in, just lacking the little touches that elevate from basic to memorable. Getting tired -Things like fixing the blinds. Suitable for bigger groups, but not an 'occasion' night away. Comfortable but not flash.

Quite neighborhood & private space

When we enter the house was so hot. it will be great to add an AC tot the master bedroom

We loved our stay. Clean house. Fully stocked kitchen, name an appliance, they had it. Amazing shower pressure, i aways forget how amazing gas hot water is. Everything was easy to find. Quick drive to the shopping centre. Plenty of garage and off street parking.

More of a personal inconvenience than a complaint, the 2 single beds room was at the other end of the house away from the other 3 rooms. Meant my toddler had to walk through living room and kitchen during night to get to us. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

Close to where we needed to be but a good ppace to come back and chill after a long day of competitions. It was cosy warm, quiet and a great space to cook a meal with family and friends.
