Not the cleanest and the owner ask us the smell the sheets to see if they had been changed! Not a good start! Had to call owner said they would be there in 15 minutes took nearly 45 minutes, no communication email about check in

My stay was good! TV had Amazon and Netflix! Can’t go far wrong!

Hearing; could have been more cosy and warm

The property was very poor and in need of a full makeover. There was no heating downstairs yet upstairs was too hot . The Tv did not work , the kitchen was grubby & dirty . There were clothes left over a clothes horse in the kitchen very unsightly and unprofessional. The washing machine had items in , the cooker was disgustingly filthy alongside all the dirty floors . The WiFi did not work , there were no towels provided & only limited utensils should you have wanted to cook ( no way ) no blinds in any of the rooms just curtains that did not fit & the kitchen had nothing at the windows at all .

Plenty of room comfy beds parking. Tea and coffee will be back next year

Outside is a mess, inside is no better! There muck all over the walls. Bedding is stained and not sure it was even fresh! Very very run down. Doesn’t look like it’s had a good clean for years. Had to go out and get rather tipsy just to sleep here. Boiler also didn’t work! Windows in some rooms couldn’t be closed which made it very cold!
