"Run down, grotty"

Comfy mattress

Needs a deep, deep clean & major revamp. Very grotty & run down. Curtains too small in 1 room, curtains too big in another. No light shades. Wall-paper has scribbles on it. Upstairs banister is wobbly. Pillows were like beer mats (thin). Not worth 150 a night but no other choice around there. Poor check in process, code should be emailed or text when the room/apartment/house is ready, to save calling. No instructions given, so unsure when to check in. Also advise not to text or email customers about reviews, it doesn't reflect on you very well.
