"Vraiment super"

La maison a été rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, avec de très beaux matériaux. Elle est très bien équipée et les propriétaires ont même offert un petit panier de bienvenue. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de jeux de société. Tout était très propre. Une place de parking est prévue dans la cour devant la maison Vraiment super.

Le seul défaut, s'il faut en trouver un, est que la maison est un peu sombre au rez de chaussée.

Its central location, fixtures & fittings very nice

If I have to be critical, we found the stairs a little slippery. Perhaps add an additional handrail , or even consider carpeting.

"Very good"

The location was perfect for mooching around Hay and walking excursions into the Beacon Beacons. The house was really comfortable to sit and read all our newly bought books.

The tiling in the bathrooms had me worried something would fall off and break. The water coming through a light fitting in the kitchen is a safety concern (both for electrical fire and slipping in the kitchen).
