"A delightful and comfortable property in the heart of Hay on Wye"

The townhouse was a modern conversion with loads of character,amenity and comfort . The four sizeable bedrooms set over two floors were nicely furnished and decorated and the kitchen/ dining room was well equipped . The property was located in the centre of Hay and shops, pubs and attractions were on the doorstep. Everything was a described .

"A great weekend spent in a beautiful house."

Very comfortable with high quality fixtures and fittings. Excellent bed linen, towels and toiletries. Location was great. Plenty of room for our yearly cousins weekend. We loved the beautiful Welsh cushions and blankets. There is a lovely walled garden with tables and chairs very close to the house, where we were able to sit in the sun and enjoy a cocktail.

"Sweet place in wonderful location"

Plenty of attention to detail. Super sweet rooms. Modern conveniences. Great location. Fully equipped large kitchen. Fully supplied with toiletries. Good wifi and USB built in. Ready for pets and kids. Even had games, maps.. Easy walking everywhere in Hay, yet quiet.

The house was in a great location, a short walk from the centre but quiet. Everything had been well thought through - every kitchen item you could think of was provided, lovely bedding and comfy beds, locally sourced soft furnishings, lots of games to play, lovely local toiletries. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the home comforts provided. I stayed with a group of friends and we had no complaints. A perfect base to explore Hay on Wye from

"Luxurious stay in Hay"

Lovely comfortable luxurious property in a central location. Really thoughtful decor to reflect Hay’s status as a town of books and also making use of local welsh suppliers. It was a great base for us while attending a wedding at nearby Llangoed Hall . The host was very responsive to our messages and requests and a welcome bag of Welsh goodies was a great touch . Would love to stay here again especially during Hay Festival !
