Centrally located, with easy access to major roads and a variety of restaurants. The area is safe, and the property offers a high level of security.

There is no lift in the building, so if you’re staying on the top floor, be prepared to climb several flights of stairs. This can be challenging, especially with heavy luggage, so it may be worth considering a more easily accessible unit if that’s a concern. It would also be a great improvement if a sofa bed were added, particularly for friends traveling together.

Very good location!

Perhaps a little poor lightning and a little narrow bed.

Perfect location, central but surprisingly quiet at night. Well equipped and beautifully decorated room perfect for a city break. 15 minute walk from Waverley train station, two minute walk from bus stops, 7 minute walk from tram stops. A stone's throw from a parking area for Voi hire bicycles (well worth using to get around the city). Coffee shops and restaurants opppsite and in surrrounding side streets.

No curtains in the bedroom so awake at 6am. Very badly stained rug. Heater in the bedroom would not turn off and it was very hot. Window in the bedroom would not stay open.

Perfecte lokatie, alles op loopafstand. Keurig appartement, naar binnen met code is ook fijn, geen gedoe met sleutels. Bed is goed, badkamer netjes. Contact met de accommodatie is zeer prettig, snel antwoord op vragen. We konden ook een uur eerder inchecken.

Het had echt schoner gekund.

The location it’s perfect.

I had a disappointing experience, especially considering the price. The flat was not as clean as expected on arrival, and the water pressure was extremely poor, making it difficult to shower or even cook properly. There was also a bag of dirty laundry left outside the entrance every day, which gave a very unpleasant impression. For the rate being charged, I expected at least basic standards to be met. I hope these issues are addressed, as it’s not acceptable to pay this much and deal with such problems.
