A localização é excepcional. Espaço muito agradável, mesmo no centro da cidade.

Água do duche sem pressão.

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was big, water pressure poor at times but overall a lovely shower. Basic kitchen but we didn't need anything else. Location was excellent, right beside rose street and Princess street.

After walking all day going sightseeing the stairs to the apartment was a killer. But we survived and slept well.

Hotel is excellent location next to restaurants and bars. Our room wasn't affected by bar noise. Modern fresh apartment. having an apartment was excellent to cook. Bed was comfortable and wife was great. Everything we needed.

We couldn't get the heating worked out and we were hot in the evenings, despite turning heaters off they kept going. One side of the bed was very difficult to access and the steps were a little hazardous in the evening. We couldn't work out the ventilation from cooking in the kitchenette and the house smelt like cooked food. The two modern sofa chairs looked fantastic but were not good for watching tv. The sensor light when exiting the apartment was not reactive and we had to stumble in the dark to get to the next inner door (was fine for me but my elderly mother had difficulty).

Mould in the bathroom, water damaged walls and ceilings throughout. Not thoroughly cleaned. Broken glass in the cupboard. Far more steps than advised - was told three flights. It was 8 flights of steps and on the top floor

Der Ausbilck auf die Burg war der Wahnsinn und auch die Größe war sehr gut.

Es gibt keinen Lift, daher muss man die Koffer einige Stockwerke hochtragen, im Bad hat es ständig nach Kanalgeruch gerochen.

Hello, I wanted to record some issues that I had with my booking at Castle Street 30 14/15th May. - on arrival the room stank (curry like smell), and despite opening the windows, the smell remained, which was very unpleasant. - ⁠a number of drawers had grubby/greasy hand marks on them and had clearly not been cleaned - ⁠the hob was stained where someone had been cooking the night before, and had clearly not been cleaned. Not impressed and I will be seeking a partial refund on my stay. I submitted the above to the Joivy WhatsApp number and got a response saying that they would report it to the cleaning staff to find a resolution - not much use after I’ve checked out. I look forward to a response to the above.

Proximity to centre of town

The fire alarm going off every morning, indicating my apartment had the issue. I was told not to worry about it when I called the help desk. The basin in the bathroom was absurdly small and the lighting not very good.

El departamento es muy lindo y moderno. Cumple con las expectativas. Tiene muy buena calefacción y agua caliente, fundamental en esta ciudad. Si bien no es muy grande, el espacio está muy bien aprovechado.

Muy poco flexibles a la hora del check-in. Indican que es a las 15 hs, pero literalmente tuvimos que esperar hasta las 15:00 para poder ingresar con la contraseña que brindan, cuando el departamento seguramente estaba listo desde hacía mucho tiempo. Cuando consultas para guardar las maletas, te envían el link de una aplicación que ofrece el servicio en tiendas cercanas. Estuve en edificios de toda categoría (mucho más baja que esta) por todo UK y fueron los únicos que no ofrecieron guardarlas.
