Beautifully decorated, spacious deluxe studio apartment in great location. Loved - location, cleanliness, easy self check-in and instructions, easy to contact team for any issues.

The heating and hot water went one morning but was fixed later, on the same day. The shower drain was slightly blocked. Kitchen area did not have much space to allow dishes to dry.

Excellent location, close to trams, buses, and the Old Town. The studio was spacious and bright, and relatively well equipped. The bed was comfortable (although in my studio it was placed against the wall). The building itself was quiet. Check-in and check-out were self-service, and all the information was sent on the day of arrival. The staff was reactive and helpful.

A few things to keep in mind: There is no elevator (my studio was on the 3rd floor), which may be difficult for some travelers. The staircase and corridors were not very well maintained or ventilated during my 7-night stay. The windows were dirty, and only one of the three panels could be opened slightly (the locking system was broken on the other two). Ventilation was therefore limited, especially if you cook, as there is no extractor hood. There is also no air conditioning. Water pressure in both the shower and the very small sink was quite weak at all times of the day. Overall, the studio could benefit from some renovation and modernization. The street can also be noisy early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) because of delivery trucks, as the windows are not fully soundproof. Finally, guests are asked, if possible, to dispose of their rubbish during check-out (use the same online system as check-in), but you have to locate the outdoor bins yourself.

2ème étage par escalier logement mal conçu mal équipé et moyennement entretenu. Aucun rangement aucune place dans la chambre peu de lumière et très peu de lumière dans la salle de bain. Douche faussée ne ferme pas, fenêtre coincée et maculée de crottes d'oiseau. De manière générale équipement tape à l'œil de mauvaise qualité. Propreté approximative. Le tout pour un prix exorbitant !
