"Good location to explore Edinburgh, but not the cleanest."

The location is great, and very spacious. It seemed a bit noisy in the afternoon but very quiet in the evenings. Earplugs were provided but we did not need them.

The room was dirty when we arrived - hairs all over the floor and bathroom, and sheets. When we called to mention this, they did send a cleaner.

La limpieza del lugar y la información provista a través de la aplicación (ingreso al hotel y la habitación, lugares por visitar, cómo descargar los residuos, etc.)

Las escaleras angostas y largas. El edificio no tiene ascensor. Nuestra habitación estaba en el 1er piso, pero había habitaciones en el tercer piso también. Si nos hubiera tocado allí, la calificación hubiera sido baja.
